Contains approximately 10-12lbs extra lean ground beef (1 lb pkgs), 1-2 roasts (cross-rib, sirloin tip, top round, eye of round), and about 8-10 lbs in rib/striploin/sirloin/tenderloin or T-bone steak.
50 LB VARIETY PACKAGE - $450
2 packages of the 25 LB Variety Pack. Typically about 20-24lbs extra lean ground beef (1 lb pkgs), 3-4 roasts (cross-rib, sirloin tip, top round, eye of round), and about 16-20 lbs in rib/striploin/sirloin/tenderloin or T-bone steak.

Contains: 2 packages of seasoned hamburger patties (6/pkg), 4 rib steaks (2/pkg), and 4 striploin -or- sirloin steaks (2/pkg).
whole animal purchase
Animals can also be bought by the ½ or whole carcass. Beef is $4.25/lb (on the carcass weight) and the customer pays for the cutting, wrapping, and processing. We have our animals processed at Love's Custom Meats in Vegreville, which is a provincially inspected facility. Beef is picked up frozen.
